Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original JOMA tags and packaging intact.
Submit Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the original invoice, then ship the package to our Hong Kong distribution center using a tracked courier service.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
